Before 1986, Fayek worked alongside his father in a small fruit and vegetable shop, learning the trade one product at a time.
In 1986, he opened his own shop on the Louaizeh Highway and gave it his name: FAYEK.
What began as a single neighborhood store gradually grew over the years, built on trust, consistency, and carefully selected products.
Today, three generations later, FAYEK continues to serve Lebanese families with the same values that shaped its beginnings.
We work with trusted Lebanese growers and carefully selected international suppliers. Understanding where products come from is an essential part of how we select them.
Products are selected twice at FAYEK. First when they are purchased, and again when they are prepared for our customers. Every order is hand-picked with the same attention to quality and freshness found on our shelves.
Fresh deliveries arrive daily throughout the day. The first products begin arriving around 9 AM, with additional deliveries continuing until the full selection is ready later in the afternoon.
Three generations of family involvement have helped shape FAYEK into what it is today. The values remain the same: trust, quality, and care.
